Check the link above for plans available to you in your state.)The plans range from discounts on basic services like dental, vision, chiropractors, and prescriptions up to plans that include discounts on doctor visits, hospital stays, hearing, long term care, etc, and include an insurance policy for Accidental Death and Dismemberment and for Accident Medical Protection.
The Linx2Rx card is available separately for $20.00 a month and comes with up to 3 cards for family members. Additional cards are available. This 4 tier program provides discounts on prescriptions at over 50,000 pharmacies nationwide.
